HISTORY & TRADITION

The “private hotels” is a marketing & hotel management association and was established in 2012 with its headquarters in Vienna, Austria.

Under the slogan “Stay with us & feel like home” are the relevant basic values of private hotels, this is confirmed by the central and inner-city locations and its services.

In June 2012 private hotels started with Hotel Baronesse (Lange Gasse 61, 1080 Vienna), in March 2013 (after a complete renovation) joined the Hotel Baron am Schottentor (Währinger Strasse 12, 1090 Vienna).

In all our hotels you will find the traditional Austrian Art of Hospitality.

MISSION

From our guests we are perceived as a small, creative and innovative hotel management company. We do have our own requirement to be one in Europe’s leading hotel chains in the mid-scale segment. The permanent communication with our guests ensure the constant feedback that contribute to the ongoing optimization and to the fulfilment of expectations of our customers. Our aim is to offer our guests a home outside their home – no matter of being on holidays or on a business trip.

VISION

The management of private hotels define clear and timely objectives: always taking into account the economic, environmental and political aspects as well as the trends. Transparency and the ability of our employees guarantee that the involved goals will be implemented. The regional and internal awareness is growing from year to year continuously.

We develop our values together, finalize them and therefore our actions are determined. The private hotels support targeted, anytime respectful and guest oriented thinking and action – this contributes to our sustainable corporate culture.
